October Saves is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) charitable organization that began in 2014 for the purpose of raising money to fight cancer. The concept is simple. During Breast Cancer Awareness month, goalies of all ages and skill levels across North America gather pledges for each save they make during October. Funds raised benefit our amazing cancer-fighting beneficiaries across the US and Canada and goalies win prizes as they raise money!

Captain Award Alert! Congratulations to Austin Adamsky, Captain Award recipient for Squirt White!
Austin stepped up in a big way during the game against Randolph on December 29th. Normally a goalie, Austin skated out, played fantastic defense, and even contributed offensively with a goal and two assists. His versatility and effort are a testament to his athleticism and hockey IQ. Way to go, Austin!

Defender Hockey Tournaments is proud to announce the 8th annual Mikey Nichols Tournament. 2022's tournament raised over $7,000 of the $69,000 donated to the Nichols family. This Round Robin tournament showcases 8U through 18U age levels and takes place at Jersey Shore Arena, Howell Arena, and the Prudential Center.
